YOU SAID,  WE DID

This month you raised concerns about the music being played and how loud the radio was. We will trial a talk station instead of music throughout September 2025 to see if this is preferred. We use a radio to help ensure confidential conversations in GP rooms are not overheard. Our reception team cannot hear it from where they sit – so if it is TOO LOUD, please tell one of the team.
