You said -our doors should be open at 7.55am so patients with an 8am appointment don’t feel rushed or short on their appointment time.  We did – Our team will endeavour to have the doors open at 7.55am to enable patients to access the surgery. The desk will not open until 8am. Gives the team chance to grab a cup of tea before they start!
