Barnfield Hill Surgery Planning Application
You may have noticed that the practice recently sent in a planning application to Exeter City Council.
This relates to the second practice building NOT the building the practice is currently housed in.
We can confirm that we are NOT closing the practice and we have no intention of doing so.
The practice requires a significant amount of repair and upkeep due to the nature of the buildings. In recent years this has become more of a challenge as NHS budgets and funding has been unable to keep up with the cost of services. We have found ourselves making the difficult decision to sell one of the buildings on site.
We do plan to reinvest the money made from the sale into the existing practice building at number 12 Barnfield Hill. We hope this will enhance patient comfort and provide a safer, nicer working environment for our teams.
