Contraception, Menopause and Women’s Services
The doctors and the practice nurses are happy to advise on all methods of contraception. We are also a practice specialising in women’s health including uterine coil fits, LARC – Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives. In addition we host a Menopause Clinic monthly as a workshop and to give patients access to our services. We also offer pessary fittings and support for older women.
Minor Surgery
All the partners perform minor surgery.
Child Health Surveillance
This is undertaken by all the doctors, working closely with our health visitors.
Staying Healthy
We can offer a new patient check-up when you join the Practice and an annual check for those over 75. We invite patients to attend for immunisations and cervical smear tests. There are dedicated clinics for patients with asthma, diabetes and chronic heart disease.
Each autumn, we provide Covid, flu and pneumococcal vaccinations for those patients who suffer from long term conditions and for our patients aged 65 years and older.
